Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and FlowHalo(“FlowHalo”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using FlowHalo you agree to these terms. If you use FlowHalo for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

FlowHalo is a web application that uses artificial intelligence to turn long videos into short clips. It transcribes your video, suggests the most engaging moments, reframes clips for vertical and square formats, adds animated captions, and lets you edit and export the result. Features can also be used through our API and MCP server by AI agents you connect.

AI suggestions, scores, transcripts and captions are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. Review every clip before you publish it.

You need an account to use FlowHalo. Keep your sign in details secure and tell us at once if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity by AI agents or API keys you connect.

You keep all ownership rights in the videos, audio, images and text you upload (“your content”) and in the clips you export. You give us a limited licence to host, copy, process, transcribe, transform and display your content only as needed to provide and improve the service for you, and to keep it secure. We do not sell your content or use it to train third party AI models.

You confirm that you own your content or have every permission needed to upload it and to create and publish clips from it, including from any people who appear in it and from the owner of any link you import. You are responsible for the clips you publish.

You agree not to use FlowHalo to:

• upload or create content that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights;
• upload or create unlawful, sexually exploitative, hateful, harassing or violent content, or content involving minors in any harmful way;
• create deceptive content that impersonates a real person without their consent;
• download videos from platforms in a way that breaks their terms, or bypass access controls or DRM;
• probe, overload or attack the service, reverse engineer it, or resell access without our written permission.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and we respond to valid copyright notices sent to hello@flowhalo.ai.

FlowHalo is sold as a subscription billed monthly, quarterly or yearly in advance, as shown on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes, which are added where required.

New subscriptions may start with a 7 day trial for $1. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and the plan price for the billing period you chose is charged to your payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.

Each plan includes a number of AI credits per billing period. One credit processes one started minute of source video. Unused plan credits do not roll over. If a job fails because of an error on our side, or no speech is found, the credits for that job are returned automatically.

You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellation stops the next renewal and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

We may change prices with at least 30 days notice before your next renewal. Changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.

FlowHalo lets you export to and schedule posts on third party platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and X, and relies on third party providers for hosting, transcription and AI models. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. FlowHalo is not affiliated with or endorsed by them, and we are not responsible for their availability or decisions about your content.

We store your uploads, clips and exports for a limited time so you can edit and download them. Original uploads are deleted after 7 days, and projects are deleted after the retention period shown for your plan. Download anything you want to keep. You can delete a project or your account at any time.

You can stop using FlowHalo at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if your payment fails and is not fixed, or if required by law. Where reasonable we will tell you first and give you a chance to download your content.

FlowHalo is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, or that any clip will reach a particular number of views or results.

To the extent the law allows, FlowHalo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use FlowHalo after that means you accept the updated terms.
