Privacy Policy

This policy explains how FlowHalo(“FlowHalo”, “we”) handles personal information when you visit our website or use the FlowHalo app, API or MCP server. For questions or requests, email hello@flowhalo.ai.

• Account details such as your name, email address and profile picture from the sign in method you choose.
• Your content, meaning the videos, audio and links you upload, and the transcripts, clips, captions and exports we create from them.
• Onboarding answers and settings, such as the kind of content you make, the platforms you post to, and your brand kits.
• Billing information. Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your plan, billing status and the last four digits of your card, never the full card number.
• Connected accounts. If you connect a social account for scheduling, we store the access tokens needed to post on your behalf.
• Usage and device data such as pages viewed, features used, browser type, approximate location from your IP address and error reports.

• to manage your account, subscription, credits and support requests;
• to keep FlowHalo secure, prevent abuse and fix problems;
• to understand how the product is used and improve it;
• to send service emails, and product updates you can unsubscribe from at any time.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your videos to train third party AI models.

We share information only with providers that help us run FlowHalo, under contracts that limit how they can use it. These include cloud hosting and storage (Amazon Web Services, Vercel, Convex), speech to text and AI model providers that process transcripts and media to generate clips and captions, Stripe for payments, email delivery, and privacy focused analytics and error monitoring. Some providers may process data outside your country with appropriate safeguards.

Videos and clips are stored encrypted in Amazon S3 and delivered through signed, expiring links. Original uploads are deleted 7 days after upload, and projects are deleted at the end of your plan's retention period or when you delete them. Account and billing records are kept while your account is open and as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes.

You can view and update your account details, delete projects, disconnect social accounts and delete your account at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Email us to make a request and we will respond within 30 days.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure, and limited analytics to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, but signing in requires essential cookies.

FlowHalo is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy. If changes are material we will tell you by email or in the app before they take effect.
