Refund and Cancellation Policy

FlowHalo subscriptions are billed in advance for the monthly, quarterly or yearly period you choose. You can cancel at any time, and we want billing to be fair and easy to understand. This policy explains when a refund applies.

Every plan can start with a 7 day trial for $1, which gives you a limited number of credits to try FlowHalo on your own videos. If you cancel before the trial ends you will not be charged for the plan. The $1 trial fee is not refundable once the trial has started.

Cancel from the billing page in your dashboard at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for and will not renew. You keep access to your projects for the rest of that period.

If you are not happy with your first paid period, email us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it in full, provided you have used less than 20 percent of the credits included in that period. This applies once per customer.

Renewal charges are generally not refundable, because they are for a period you can stop at any time before it starts. If you forgot to cancel and have not used any credits since the renewal, email us within 48 hours of the charge and we will refund it.

If a processing job fails because of an error on our side, or no speech is found in your video, the credits are returned to your balance automatically. If a sustained outage on our side stops you from using FlowHalo, contact us and we will credit or refund the affected time.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
